Case studies
Seven products designed, built
and shipped in 2026 .
Marketplaces, SaaS, booking platforms, a manufacturer's site and a Drupal 10 rebuild. For each one: the tech, the approach and the goal.
Saudi Furnish
A bilingual (English / Arabic) website built for project buyers at a Riyadh joinery and furniture manufacturer: six buyer routes, an interactive page-turn catalogue, careers and certificates, and an admin dashboard that tracks leads and traffic by campaign.
Labbaik Travel
A bilingual travel website and booking platform for a Mecca-and-Medina operator: hotels near the Haram, guided visits and trips across the Kingdom, a Build-Your-Own-Trip planner, and an admin that imports the sister site's catalogue and manages listings, photos and enquiries.
Stocks365
An AI-powered market-intelligence platform — verified trading signals, editorial research, and free trader calculators. Built from scratch as both a software product (the Signals Core engine) and a media property (Today's Wire editorial feed).
Citenix
Our own SaaS. Citenix crawls a site, ranks what to fix, and tracks how the brand shows up in AI answers as well as in classic rankings — positioned as the small-team alternative to Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.
3ndi
An all-in-one, Arabic-first marketplace — products, classifieds and services in one place — shipped as a Next.js web platform and a native iOS / Android app that share a single API and design system.
Acuative Corporation
Website UI/UX redesign and Drupal implementation for a US managed-network-services provider: discovery, a complete Figma design system, eight responsive templates and a mega menu, implemented in Drupal 11 with ongoing management.
ExamRaid
A study app that turns notes and PDFs into practice questions, then makes revision social: friends, duels, shared "raids" where correct answers beat an exam boss, a study planner with reminders, and weekly rankings.
