Website UI/UX redesign and Drupal implementation for a US managed-network-services provider: discovery, a complete Figma design system, eight responsive templates and a mega menu, implemented in Drupal 11 with ongoing management.
Inside the product
A look at what we shipped.
01 The Challenge
Acuative sells end-to-end managed network and IT infrastructure services to enterprises. The goal was a site that carries that credibility, makes a deep service catalogue navigable, and stays maintainable by an in-house team on the Drupal platform they already trust.
02 Our Approach
- Discovery first: stakeholder interviews, content audit, competitive analysis and user-journey mapping before a pixel was drawn.
- A Figma design system — colour, type scale, buttons, forms, cards, navigation, icon library, spacing grid and animation specs — then eight templates at desktop, tablet and mobile with an interactive prototype and accessibility annotations.
- Drupal 11 implementation of that system as reusable components, with a Vite-built front end.
- A mega menu designed for the breadth of the service catalogue.
- Developer handoff documentation and monthly management after launch, so the site keeps improving instead of decaying.
03 The Results
- Live at acuative.com on Drupal 11 since October 2026: 317 public URLs, 27 case studies, 92 blog posts and 53 news items on the new templates, with a Lighthouse SEO score of 100 at launch.
- A component system the in-house team can extend, not a set of one-off pages.
- Desktop, tablet and mobile covered by design, not by accident.
Next case
ExamRaid
A study app that turns notes and PDFs into practice questions, then makes revision social: friends, duels, shared "raids" where correct answers beat an exam boss, a study planner with reminders, and weekly rankings.
